Woo Hoo! I did it!! Today, after Monday's disappointing run, I actually ran for a full 30 minutes. Woop! Woop! Yes, I am bragging. But it is partly to say thank you to all of you who sent such encouraging comments to my last post. I can even say that I wasn't on my last legs by minute 30 either. Could I have gone a bit further? Possiblly, but I will quite while I am ahead. Bring on run 2 week 9!

You have every reason to brag Mary! Well done you; that's brilliant and to still have more in the tank, well that is just fantastic!! All the very best for your final 2 runs. The bubbly is on ice for your graduation party!! Sue x

Fantastic, Mary! Graduation run by the weekend? Best of luck although it sounds as though you don't really need it! :)
