I'M A GRADUATE!

Woop woop woop! I did it!!!!!!! I told myself I was just going to go for a steady run this afternoon and not worry about my pace but it appears I also hit a PB! I am bloomin delighted and have already text my husband to tell him that we need to celebrate tonight!

Thank you to all the support and guidance over the last 10 weeks; I've actually come to really enjoy running, although the sense of achievement is really what makes it worth it.

So, here's to my next adventure - the 5k to 10k app is downloaded and I'll be starting on Monday. I'm sure I'll still be checking in here to see how everyone's getting on.

Happy running all - if I can do it, you definitely can!

Yay! Well done Hilsry! So glad that you enjoyed it too. Good work! Hope you have a lovely celebration tonight, you deserve it.

I am a fresh graduate too, but am going to keep running for 30 mins 3 x a week before even thinking about 10k ... but one day!

I wish you many, many more happy runs to come. xxx

Happy photo happy runner... well done you! Congratulations... :)

Bask in the glory.. well deserved.

After the party.. lots of consolidation of the 30 minute runs is a really good idea, and one that many Graduates will advise...new routes too, different runs, some shorter and some longer..then. as many of the graduates have . take a look at the C25K+ podcasts.. they are great for testing new disciplines and do continue the strength and stamina building that C25K has begun.

But for now.. party time:)
