Woop woop woop! I did it!!!!!!! I told myself I was just going to go for a steady run this afternoon and not worry about my pace but it appears I also hit a PB! I am bloomin delighted and have already text my husband to tell him that we need to celebrate tonight!
Thank you to all the support and guidance over the last 10 weeks; I've actually come to really enjoy running, although the sense of achievement is really what makes it worth it.
So, here's to my next adventure - the 5k to 10k app is downloaded and I'll be starting on Monday. I'm sure I'll still be checking in here to see how everyone's getting on.
Happy running all - if I can do it, you definitely can!

Happy photo happy runner... well done you! Congratulations...
Bask in the glory.. well deserved.
After the party.. lots of consolidation of the 30 minute runs is a really good idea, and one that many Graduates will advise...new routes too, different runs, some shorter and some longer..then. as many of the graduates have . take a look at the C25K+ podcasts.. they are great for testing new disciplines and do continue the strength and stamina building that C25K has begun.
