Just a quickie. Went out for my Christmas Day run this morning and boy, was it hard going after Christmas Eve's wining and dining 
combined with the fog -- could only see about 15 paces ahead of me -- it was really, really tough. And according to Garmin I only worked off a couple of hundred calories! Hahahahah... season's greetings to you all!
