Birdy and I went for a run this Christmas morning... Honestly if you asked if either of us would have done this last year, we would have told you to do one.

It was really lovely run, down by the beach on this frosty morning.

Just wanted to say big thanks to everyone a support on here. It's really helped me when it all seems tough.

oh my goodness i was running along Chalkwell beach too( Granny going at snail's pace, graduated but hoping its going to get easier!!)

Excellent, great day for it.

I graduated recently, and at points I am thought I was running so slow I have as going backwards... It's abour running those 30mins for me... The speed and distance will com with it.
