New shoes and no inhaler.

I spent today debating with myself whether or not I would feel like going for W2R3 after work. As it turned out I was able to finish work at 5.30 rather than 6.30, so felt that I had no excuse not to go.

There are no streetlights where I live, so had to stop off at a small town with lights on my journey home. I tried out my very bouncy new shoes which I do feel lessened the pain in my shins while running.

Because I had packed my things this morning, while only semi-conscious, I forgot the tubigrip I usually wear on a dodgy knee and my ventolin inhaler. You know what, I survived without them! This was a boost to my health-esteem (like self-esteem, but diagnosable!) after being diagnosed with arthritis in my wrist this morning. I feel my asthmatic lungs are better than they've ever been (thanks to Seretide the wonder drug), but I swear my legs are getting heavier!

Feeling just a little anxious about week 3 though.
