seretide diskus
After months of self denial I finally accepted my situation and doctor started me on
seretide
diskus. AM and PM. I also have hyperparathyroidism which is already causing me fatigue and anxiety. Any positive comments on this inhaler?

Heart rate stays around 100 bpm
I am on
Seretide
, Tiotropium, Azithromycin 3x week، Montelukast omeperazole, Prednisone 10mg . I have noticed that my heart rate spikes around 101 bpm after using
seretide
and does not go away 3-4 hours after its use, and after meals. ECG is perfectly normal.

Switching Seretide to Fostair
So I’m wondering how much extra I am going to need to take compared to
Seretide
? I had very occasional palpitations with
Seretide
, and not notice any side effects yet with Fostair other than a very slight tremble of my fingers. Thank you

Inhaler and taste
Hello, I’m currently taking
Seretide
50 Evohaler, always with an aero chamber. Despite this, I find a lot of the medicine ends up on my mouth, especially my tongue, and that i end up losing a lot of my taste. Has anyone else had this?

Seretide after bad Fostair experience
I’ve been given
Seretide
now but I’m so worried the same thing will happen so I’ve been too scared to try it. Has anyone who had bad side effects with Fostair been ok on
Seretide
? Thank you!

Switched from Seretide 250 to Fostair 100/6
I suppose my question to you all is : is Fostair 100/6 equivalent to
Seretide
250 and have I given it sufficienct time to ‘bed in’ from 5 June til now? Or should go back to dr and probably see yet another different one to get their take on what to do?

Has anyone had stomach pain since being on Foster Nexthaler?
While I was up in the middle of the night last night, I suddenly thought that the onset of my stomach issues has coincided with me being put on Fostair instead of
Seretide
. Anyone have a similar experience? Thanks Kim

Problems with alternative inhaler to Seretide
I have flagged this up with my GP and she has written the issue on my next prescription , although when I discussed it with the pharmacy they were not convinced they would be able to supply the original
Seretide
Inhaler. Anybody else had this problem.

Asthma and Reflux
So a bit of a vicious circle - is the
Seretide
causing the throat burn or is the reflux causing the throat burn. Does anyone else have this and have you found anything to counter the burny throat?

Change in inhalers
I'm a little concerned as been on
seretide
for years. When I get switched it triggers flares and I've already had loads of time of work. I work part time. I also think I'm OK on sertide as been on for over 15 years.

Seretide evohaler intermittent misfire
I have been using
Seretide
Evo 250 for several years. I am careful to prime the inhaler at the beginning with 4 puffs and shake it adequately before use every time. I store it correctly and keep it (the spray nozzle in particular) clean.

big problems with consultant!
He wanted me to go down from
Seretide
500 twice a day to
Seretide
50 twice a day (!) and then eventually use a 100/6 Fostair whenever I needed it , which is bizarre when he says I don't have asthma at all...I explained I've tried Fostair in the past 3 times but he wouldn't listen.

Fostair - lactose-free?
As the steroid in my
Seretide
inhaler is thought likely to be the cause of my recently diagnosed adrenal insufficiency, he proposes to switch me from
Seretide
to Fostair as the steroid in that is less potent.

Trimbow / Fostair
I saw a respiratory consultant recently and as most other inhalers have already been tried he suggested switching my
seretide
and spiriva to trimbow.

Trouble with inhalers
told her that I had felt better when using the
Seretide
, and she almost "Told me off" by saying that I should keep using the Trimbow and if I went back to the
Seretide
, then there was nothing she could help me with, 😳😳.
