Whizzed home from work, quick change and out tonight for W4 R2, I was a little worried as I usually find the evening runs hard work. It was very grey and chilly tonight with a slight head wind. Half way round it started pouring down but it didn't matter, I was loving it, each run session went well and at the end of the last five minutes I could have carried on. Hope I feel the same on Thursday. Good luck to all the other week 4ers Jx

OMG I did W4 R1 this afternoon, not too bad but am now aching! Let's hope that it gets easier with time

Did my w4r2 tonight too. I was lucky as it stayed dry but very windy again. Had a moment on the first 5min run when Laura said that's 2min 30 you're halfway through I thought that's ok only another 30secs to go. Maths was never my strong point! Realised my error, groaned and carried on. Rest of run went surprisingly quickly. Next run on Thursday evening all being well.
That's where we will part company jlow as I'm on holiday next week, no running can be factored in. Plan to do W4r3 the Sunday I get back and hopefully go onto w5 on the Tuesday.
Hope your runs continue to go well.

Well done Jackie, despite the rain! I had a good run too though thankfully no rain (not had that "pleasure" yet!). The 5 min runs seem easier than the shorter runs so hopefully thats a good sign for the longe runs ahead. Looking forward to Thursday Sx
I did mine this morning. It was very nippy out. I used the 1/2 walk to school with my daughter as my warm up, and I was wishing I had my warm jacket on! Once I was able to run, it was fine, though. Bright and sunny, the sun now a bit too low on the horizon to be comfortable, so I found myself looking at the ground a lot. The breeze has picked up some now, so I'm glad I did my run earlier. I find it very difficult running into a headwind.
Well done, jlow!
