So put it off for couple of days but finally did WK5 R3 and to my surprise I did it, I know it's been said many times but how did I do that when a few weeks ago I found 5 minutes running hard?! Anyway feel about 20 feet tall and may float back to earth in the next hour or so

Very inspiring as I've just finished w4 r3 so will be starting w5 in a couple of days and am wondering how r3 will be but after reading your post have realised that I should just have faith in Laura and it will be fine.
