Cold, wet n windy today. Felt a bit harder than last time did, pace slightly slower n didn’t get quite as far but I got it done. Definitely think my well-rested legs made last time easier so taking 2 rest days before R3’s 25 minutes of running
Can’t quite believe how much I’m looking forward to the longer runs with no intervals. Hoping I might make it to the bench next time (not to sit on of course! 😂), it’s so close but the halfway bell always goes off before I get there n I have to turn round. Fingers crossed for next time! 🤞

Thanks! This’ll be you before you know it 😁. I can honestly say that the longer runs seem easier than the interval runs, once I’ve found my rhythm I’m fine. I’m looking forward to just focusing on increasing the time now 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Well done Jill, you got out there and did it. I’m sure the wind always slows us down a bit, I’m sure you will prefer the no interval runs now as much better than stop/starting....25 minutes here you come 🏃♀️👊
Thanks! I definitely think the wind slowed me down on the way back lol. Looking forward to the long runs so much now, it feels so liberating to just run 🏃♀️ 🏃♀️🏃♀️
Goid to have a landmark! Really ignore distances (except if trying to reach a pub or cafe) or fast pace, just enjoy it. Run for fun ! You are doing great and I’m sure you’ll have a good r3
Thanks! I’m not pushing to get to the bench, just will be pleased with myself if I get there lol. I think I’ve found my pace now so I just settle into that n run 🏃♀️ 🏃♀️🏃♀️
I think it’s a little bit of magic with a hint of self belief and bloody determination mixed in. How on earth does it work??? Turns us non runners into someone we didn’t think possible. Feels really good though 😀😀😀😀😀
