Did my session yesterday by running to a friends on an errand. Just a few weeks ago my auto response would have been to drive! So glad my mindset is shifting. It was glorious in the sunshine. So that’s the last walk/run combo I believe. Now I’m officially running albeit more very gentle jogging! And someone commented yesterday that I looked slimmer so all good!
