I can hardly believe it but I have actually completed the programme with my final run today (final run in the programme its not like I will stop running!)
I am so proud of myself, when I think back to my panicked 1 minute runs where I felt I would have a heart attack, to comfortably being able to run for 30 minutes.
I can't recommend this programme enough and I tell everyone about it everywhere I go.
To everyone starting out, good luck and have faith in the programme it really works
yeyyyyyyyy!

Congratulations and happy running
honestly - it's reading that other people have made it, despite finding it hard to start with that is giving me the inspiration. I'm hoping to get through it and then be brave enough to do a park run - look them up - free runs with other people all over the country.
