I did it!!!!

I can hardly believe it but I have actually completed the programme with my final run today :) (final run in the programme its not like I will stop running!)

I am so proud of myself, when I think back to my panicked 1 minute runs where I felt I would have a heart attack, to comfortably being able to run for 30 minutes.

I can't recommend this programme enough and I tell everyone about it everywhere I go.

To everyone starting out, good luck and have faith in the programme it really works

hmmmm what to do now and where do I get my badge lol!

  • Congratulations :D You're a real runner now.

Email JR21 and he will give you the green badge.

  • Congratulations, that's fab! Great achievement!

What to do now? 1) celebrate; 2) order your C25K graduate t-shirt; 3)ask for your graduate badge but I'm not sure how you do that.

  • I like the sound of that graduation list, Soozz. :) I'm going to keep that in mind this week.

  • Definitely!

  • t shirt???

  • clairestanton and sooze- check out the link at the top of the page- directory- admin-JR21 and message him (John) for a badge when you need one. The Tee shirts are available from here completerunner-online.com. They have the c25k logo and the word "graduate" on them so you can spread the word about the programme whenever you wear one. Congratulations and happy running :)

  • Congratulations!!

  • Congratulations.

  • Congratulations!

    What to do next? Celebrate!!

Then download the C25K+ podcasts. Nothing like a new challenge!

  • Well done! So many options now going forward, you just need to decide what suits you :)

  • Congratulations! :)

  • thanks for the link, I will definitely be buying one of those!

  • honestly - it's reading that other people have made it, despite finding it hard to start with that is giving me the inspiration. I'm hoping to get through it and then be brave enough to do a park run - look them up - free runs with other people all over the country.

  • Very many congratulations and enjoy the badge!

  • yey my badge is on!!!
