Just completed my final run, and I feel amazing! It's the last day of our holiday, and my last coastal run for a while! I ran without music for the first time, as I wanted to hear the waves..... it was just awesome. I think I'm going to remember this run for a long time....

Thank you so much to everyone who posts on here, your words of wisdom and encouragement have kept me going.

A special thank you to my virtual running friend Surreyjelbel who also graduated yesterday - we both started as complete non-runners but look at us now.......WE DID IT!!!

So, this is just the start of my journey... I'm going to continue with week 9 for a while and see where it takes me! Might even do a 5k Santa Dash in December! Although I'm pretty sure I'm not hitting 5k yet, probably more like 4K.
