I can't quite believe it but I have completed the programme and ran for 30 mins for the third time. i didn't think I would do it and felt those negative feelings about ten minutes into the run but pushed and pushed. Is it normal to burst into tears and smile at the same time ?? I threw my hands up in the air in jubilation! Thanks for support on the forum to some of my questions and low days! You are all amazing, upbeat and positive. Now, can anyone tell me what I do to get my graduation badge. Keep running everyone - it works and good luck!
