I did it! I’ve completed the ct5k programme! 🤩

I finally completed this programme to the final run this morning! After a niggly hip and twingey knee and a heatwave since my last run I made sure I did plenty of stretches before I set out. I knew I could do it this time and I wanted to punch the air when I heard Sanjeev say ‘well done’!

I’m so grateful to everyone on here who have offered great advice and it’s all worked to help me get through to the end! Feeling on a high right now! (And looking like a beetroot) 🥵😂

Congratulations! What a journey it is. You should be so proud of the effort and the commitment to see it through.

I am on Week 9 as well and about to finish my run 2 today. I think I will cry and laugh at the end of it It has been a discovery of self to say the least.

Thank you, it ended up taking around 10-11 weeks due to life and heatwave but got there in the end 🤗Well done to you, I look forward to seeing your ‘I did it ‘ post and will be virtually cheering you on. My foot is feeling a lot better thanks, have some tightness in my calf so I'm continuing stretching and resting as much as possible. I hope to start my week 9 next week 😁
