What a lovely morning, the park was lovely with sun coming though
the trees and I did it, W6 R3. Slow, my legs started to hurt but worked through it, taking my mind off it by doing some hand exercises for circulation we do at my keep fit classes, glad it was early and not too many people around.

Same run as me this morning, and congratulations on reaching this milestone (it certainly felt like a milestone to me!). Found it quite tough going but still managed a bit of a sprint finish on Laura's prompting So, it's all running from here on in. No more of the walking safety blankets. Gosh, how quickly it's become all grown-up! Best of luck to you p184.
Well done, it's a major one to get through! It certainly sets you up for the day to achieve something like that early in the morning. Good luck for the rest of your runs.
Great work p184. I ran a 14k race last weekend and i was using an older gent (possibly over 70) to help me pace myself. He kept me running, even up the steepest of hills... a real inspiration.
