W8 R1

What a lovely run, started slow, after walking around Birmingham yesterday. When Laura said you're doing well at 141I2 mins I felt shattered, then, I don't know where it came from but suddenly I had a second wind and kept a nice steady pace to the end. Let's see what Friday brings.:-)

Well done p148 it would be SO easy just to say I can't do it but it is the feeling at the end of any session that you have that GREAT feeling of achievement.

That is fantastic, well done, I often feel like I cant carry on for the first 10 mins of a run then seem to hit my stride a bit, brilliant achievement on your part!
