YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS I did it W9 R3. 41min 28sec and 4.01km, that's been my best yet. What a journey it has been, with all the lovely support I have had, I really did not think I would make it at first, but as the weeks went by there was no way I was going to give in and today I have graduated. It just shows age is no barrier. I think hubby should graduate too as he has been with me every step of the way and ran the park again while I have my banana and water. Thanks again to you all out there. Out again on Tuesday might try a new route. :-) :-)
