Don't worry. I'm fairly sure I've been putting on weight too, but one of the dog-walkers I see regularly told me this morning that I was looking slimmer.

Well done with this run. Week4 to look forward to, and don't worry about the weight thing, you'll look fit and fab before you know it!

Well done on completing week 3. :) I lost 8lbs in the first two weeks of c25k, and have lost nothing in the second two weeks (maybe even gained a little), despite a strict calorie controlled food intake (it's not a diet ;) ). Maybe this is the bit where we are building muscle?! How often do you weigh yourself? I think once a week should be the maximum, as the body naturally fluctuates. I am aware than I'm more 'toned' even if the weight isn't going in the right direction. Did you measure yourself at the start too? I took my measurements and decided not to check them again for a month (that will be this weekend). I know I'm 'slimmer' so I look forward to seeing the numbers on the tape measure. I've got about five stone to lose, so continuing the weight loss is important because I think running will get easier as the weight comes down. If things still aren't moving in the right direction by my next weigh in (on Sunday) then I plan to add extra walking into my week, as the other possibility is that my body is now used to this exercise and I just need to do a bit more. Best of luck and keep on running!

I'm on week 7 and have maintained my weight until this week when I put on 2lb! On a positive note, I have lost an inch from my bust, waist and hips and half an inch from my upper arms. I haven't lost anything from my thighs though which is a bit strange? I follow Slimming World and I am at target so not worrying at the moment. Keep on running, you're doing do well. Xxx
