I did it, W5 R3, I was very slow but made it, I do hope I can continue. I really feel good afterward and still recover quite quickly:-)

Well done. Of course you can continue, the programme is designed too well to make you stop. You are doing so well and as glendam says, it's not about speed, its just about getting out there and doing it.

Good luck for your next run.

Well done you're over half way through the programme, speed does not matter one little bit it's just getting out there and doing it. Good luck on your next run.

Well done ! That was the biggest "jump" in the program so you should be fine building up gradually over the next few weeks, just start off a little slower so you can last longer each time.

Good luck !

Fantastic progress! Keep it steady and nice and slow for week6; it catches people out...but enjoy those walking bits!

That's amazing! Well done, if you can run 20 mins, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to do 30!

Great news, well done, bet you've got a right smile on you, feels like such an achievement week 5 :-)

Attagirl! If you can do W5R3 you can do the whole thing. Just keep at it, you'll be fine (said this stripling of a mere 62!)
