Nah just do run 3, you should be fine.
If it doesnβt go well, well then you can decide whether you should start week 6 again or whether you should just try run 3 again or whatever.
But I deffo think you should first try where you left off, so just go for run 3 βΊοΈ
Totally agree with Sortyourlife - do run three. I was in the same boat but further down the line at the end of WK8 run 3 I went in holiday and didnβt do any running. Was reasonably active but not like normal. Came back and did that run 3 and yes it was a bit tougher than before but itβs all about your mentality and just going for it!
