Have had nearly two weeks off this

Due to do W6 R3 tomorrow but wondering if I should do W6 R1 again and the Carry on from there

Nah just do run 3, you should be fine.

If it doesn’t go well, well then you can decide whether you should start week 6 again or whether you should just try run 3 again or whatever.

But I deffo think you should first try where you left off, so just go for run 3 ☺️

Totally agree with Sortyourlife - do run three. I was in the same boat but further down the line at the end of WK8 run 3 I went in holiday and didn’t do any running. Was reasonably active but not like normal. Came back and did that run 3 and yes it was a bit tougher than before but it’s all about your mentality and just going for it!

Absolutely buzzing completed W6 R3 felt soooo good being able to do this last 10 mins was tough but pushed through it even up my pace last 60 seconds πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜
