W6runs 1 & 2 both completed 1 on Friday just done 2 this morning steady managed a little sprint for the last 60 seconds:) .Hubby getting into it now left me to the five minute walk and

went round again.

I would like to try and created a playlist of music ,but not into modern music any suggestions to spur me on.

Hiya,

Well done, we are just about at the same level. If you can download music the web site jog.fm is great because you can select by genre (left hand side of the screen) and you can also chose the speed you want the beats to be at to help you get your rhythm. Keep up the good work - Go Girl!. Lane

Maybe you could look into using film music, it's often very inspiring - like you!

Yes I agree music from the musicals may suite you best, your better to listen to what you like than modern music which would drive you crazy. Very well done on your success to date, keep up the excellent work.
