Week 3 run 2

I couldn't quite understand when I was reading about people not having good days/runs as I've been lucky enough to "enjoy" all of mine......until today!! I dragged myself out of bed and was starting my run by 5:15 (which I've done before) but something didn't feel right, I struggled with my breathing, struggled with my pace, struggled with my just didn't feel good, I'm feeling slightly disheartened so hoping its a better run on Thursday!

As you say everyone on here will have had more than one bad day in there 9 weeks and even experienced runner can have them too.

Forget have your rest day and plod on.
