Good run today - I think that temperature is definitely the single most significant factor affecting how well I can run; when it's windy/rainy and not too warm, I find I can run for longer uphill (atm I'd say I can do 5 mins max up a moderate incline >_<), and feel far less tired at the end of my runs.

Looking forward to the 20 minute run and concluding week 5!
