Really upping the challenge this week and am pleased to report I am handling it. Can't believe I can now run for 8 minutes without stopping or breathing my last!!

Hi. I did week five run 2 last night. Talk to me about the next run please 😹 Like you I can't believe I ran for eight minutes. Twice.
