Decided a change of scenery was required and drove 15 minutes up the road

to a different village. First 5 minutes I was tense and I wanted to give up but knew I just had to relax and it would get easier. Halfway came and I was feeling comfortable. Laura told me I had 60 seconds to go and if I could up the pace - so I did, just a little. Finished and feel good.

I have been logging all my runs and love all the statistics it keeps me motivated and pushes me to do more the following week or beat the amount of calories burnt last month.

My clothes are even starting to feel looser - whoopee !

well done that feels good when you can up your pace at the end of the 25 minutes.
