Couch to 5K

I have Conquered Week 6 ....bring on Everest!

Did my 22 minute run then walked fast for my cool down then ran for another 3. 25 min running! Treadmill said 5k in 38,44 w6r2 was 39.52 last week it was 42/43 mins. getting stronger getting faster getting FATTER!!! My belly is still popping. At this rate I am going to look like a toffee apple. Skinny little legs and a big round top :-(

I speak from experience when I say 'the weight does begin to go eventually' :D

Just hold on in there for now ;)
