So, I am through the psychological barrier of W5R3, the first 'no breaks' run of the scheme. I ran along with a borrowed dog which kept my mind off the internal dialogue of 'how much further'.

I borrowed a dog too, in an effort to walk more and lose the flab. He was too fast for me so I ended up being dragged about like a millstone round his poor neck. Hence this programme π
