Week 6, bring it on

So, I am through the psychological barrier of W5R3, the first 'no breaks' run of the scheme. I ran along with a borrowed dog which kept my mind off the internal dialogue of 'how much further'.

This morning I moved on to week six. I know now that I can do these longer sessions. I feel strong and ready. Bring it on. media.giphy.com/media/otnqs...

Well done on the milestone run, but no resting on your laurels........ W6R1 catches many out, so show respect and stay slow.

Did W6R1 this morning, felt really strong, almost easy. I know it's build up week again, so I am treating it with respect t.

Good for you! Well done 😃

I borrowed a dog too, in an effort to walk more and lose the flab. He was too fast for me so I ended up being dragged about like a millstone round his poor neck. Hence this programme 😁

It’s got me to a marathon😃🐕. I can keep up with him now

Good luck with it. Have fun out there. Take care. No rush! 🙂🏃‍♂️
