Off to do Parkrun

I'm off to do my local Parkrun this morning and after buying a lovely new cap yesterday to keep the rain off my specs guess what, yep the sun is shining, its only the second day this month that this has happened.

Altogether now sing along

Um oops I sort of missed the start because I underestimated how long it would take to walk down there. I started running at the top of urquahrt road but was 3 mins late. I just ran it anyway but didn't get my time recorded. Hope you did well, it was so hot I had a super beetroot face.
