Found today hard and didn't enjoy it as much but we pulled through! Also school kids were not moving out the way despite three of them in a line 😭 I couldn't go past them I was already struggling 🤣 but they eventually moved! Not sure if it's because I hadn't ate in a while too

Well done Fitness2025 on completing run 2 of week 2 of C25K despite it being a little bit of a struggle, hopefully run 3 will be a bit easier for you, if you wish you can take a extra day off before you run again, that's up to you, if you run 3 times a week there are two days off running anyway, good luck for run 3 whenever you run it✅🏃

Thank you! I hope so! I think I'll still try running on Sunday but thanks!

Are you going too fast maybe? Anytime I’ve found a run tough it’s been when I’m going too fast. I try and slow the pace right down. I literally end up going more or less the same speed as I walk.

Yeah I think I did at first. I think I felt embarrassed about my pace. But I did slow down a lot after that. Next run I will go super slow. Thanks!

You have to put it in... to get it out.

There is much written about the fuel we out in to our body, and it is very important... a healthy, nutritious, eating habit is key and even mor importantly , great hydration. All the time. Not just the day before, or just before your run.

Take it gently and if you are not feeling back up to par., that run will wait, as as AlMorr suggests, am extra rest day will not harm your progress.

These early runs, set the tone for the runs to come...and if you are struggling a tad for whatever reason, then jus ease back and re group:)

Nicely done! Everyone is different but if you think you might need a few calories before a run, try it! Your body will tell you what’s right.

Embarrassment has no place here. Go as slow as you like!

After a couple months on the injury couch, my first 5k rehabbing walk was about more than five minutes faster than my first 5k after programme!!

Do keep us posted…
