I have literally no idea how, It has to be magic...but I did it! I ran for the full 20 minutes non stop.
I must say that at the 10 minute mark, when Laura told me I was half way through, I genuinely couldn't imagine how I could manage to run the same amount of time again! That was a tough point. Anyone agree?
But I just kept plodding, plodding, plodding and when Laura said 'Just 5 minutes left' I thought 'well I can't give up now can I?!'
Wow, I did it!
My poor ankle is quite sore right now though, I'm icing it and will follow with Ibuprofen gel. Hope it sorts itself out. Can't ruin my W5R3 high though!!!

Cheers Zagel! Yeah, it's mad to think only a little over a month ago we could barely manage 60 seconds and now we are clocking up 20 minute runs! Every run completed is ace!
Hey Juliebee...you will have another cheer to yourself when you finish w5r2 and then another again when you smash w5r3...and the great thing is, we are doing this, us (with a little help from Laura of course)! 8)
Really well done, I managed W5R2 this am and was pleasantly surprised that I managed it. I am hoping to complete R3 on Friday altho the thought of it is really worrying!
I was exactly like that too klw13, worried...after w5r2 I was pooped so of course I couldnt see how it would be even remotely possible to run for 20 mins. What can I say, just keep on going and don't give up. I tried to think of silly things like what would I have for the next day's tea to occupy my mind and pass time, haha! You can do it if I can!
I'm running week 5 run 3 tomorrow, congrats to all who who finished! Hoping it's as manageable as R2. I'm just a little apprehensive about running 20 min.
Excellent excellent EXCELLENT! Well done! You are a champ! Hope your ankle is OK, make sure you look after it and take an extra day or two to recover if it needs it. Well done
