Iโ€™ve only gone and done it ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ˜€

Okay it wanโ€™t pretty and it wasnโ€™t fast, in fact it was ugly and slow but I did it.

Truth be told this was the first week where I was really scared and when Michael Johnson said that I had finished the first 5 minutes I swore at him as it felt so much longer but I persevered and that is WEEK 5 in the bag! Canโ€™t begin to express how pleased and proud I am.

To all the runners who are either just starting C25K or are already on the journey, keep going, 5 weeks ago I didnโ€™t think I could do this but now I have and if I can, then anyone can. The plan is genius and all you have to do is trust it.

Huge well done.. this run..really is..just another run:)

You did really well.. and now you know... anticipation and not apprehension...:)

Take it steady and slow into next week... trust the plan and have faith in yourself....each run is different, each run tests a different discipline in our running, and each run follows the one before.

You are ready for each and every one:)

" Believe you can and you are halfway there.!

Well done on your milestone run.

W6R1 is trickier than it looks, so take care.

Keep running keep smiling.
