* Parents got me a new pair of 'proper' running shoes from Run 4 It! Was awesome!! Got an hour of service and a pair of shoes that are perfect for my run! Happy 30th for me!

* Ran 5K in 36mins by combining 3x 10min runs with 1 min walk break inbetween...

* Want to buy a new running bra....no idea where though.

* Still training for my Race for Life...

I have tesco running bras and am very happy with them. I bought an all singing all dancing one from a sports shop and couldn't breathe so dumped it.

Bit of a vision there, an all singing, all dancing bra - not sure how you tell which direction you are running in with one of those!
