I done the last week today week 9 run 3 i done it , im so happy i ran 5k today cant get over it and to finish up i got back to the car and SOMEONE I KNOW had covered it in balloons ,THANKYOU

Congratulations, I'm so proud of you. You forgot to say you ran it in just over 31 minutes. That was quite a sight when your car came into view while I was doing my warm down walk. What a lovely surprise, I thought it was a birthday party or something until I realised all those balloons were attached to your car.
