Well I finally did it, on run 1 and 2 of this week I got within a stones throw of the 5k. today I was determined and I did it. To anyone thinking of trying this plan or working through it then I had never run before, struggled at week 3 with knee pain , but I stuck with it and its the best thing I have done for the good of my health. really chuffed and looking forward to some organised runs in the summer. thanks c25k
