Week 9 Run 3

Done it, I never thought that when I started this adventure 9 weeks ago I would be saying done it. I honestly thought that I would have picked up an injury along the way. Thanks to all of you for your encouragement and tips along the way it’s been great! Now that I’ve achieved the 9 week goal I’m going to consolidate it next week and then go out with my sons for a beer or three. May only be a couple for me as I’ve been off alcohol for the past 9 weeks. Again thanks for all the help along the way. 🏃‍♂️🏅🏃‍♂️🏅
