It was soo warm this morning but just done it. Did run 1 on Sunday, started my run at 6.37 and finished 7.14 at 5.56km non stop. My run 2 on Tuesday managed to do 5.96km. Today it was just so warm just managed to do the 30 minutes straight. Just want to thank everyone on this forum, all the moderators and those who started this plan. It’s just so good. Never thought I would love running. I enjoy it so much and It’s just so liberating for me . Thank everyone

Thank you so much. Will continue to do slow runs and enjoy the outdoors for a while until I am confident enough to increase my distances.

Yes, just take it steady from now on, get use to regularly running the distance/times you are doing now. Then over time you will notice both improve without even trying, certainly worked for me ! Good luck with consolidation.
