Well if I'm honest, I was expecting another set of 90/90 and 3/3... I'm not saying it was easy, my right calf ached and the muscles in my bum also felt the strain, randomly, but I think i could have gone one more rep. However time will tell if I still feel the same after R 2 & 3! Bring them on!

Well done! I'm a week behind you. I've got the achy calf already,but it's good to be pre-warned I've got random bum pain to look forward to next week!

Thank you! I think the achy bum pain may be more to do with the way I run lol
The plan is worth it, I'm already feeling the benefits of 3 weekly runs so keep at it, it does get better (so I've heard! )
