I actually did this run 2 days ago and I was quite anxious about having to run for 3 minutes. But I found it relatively ok. I think because I thought I was doing 3 sets of 3 minutes so to have the 90 seconds in the middle must have done the trick and slowing my pace right down. Currently lying in bed looking at the grey sky at 7.20am knowing I need to crack on with my W3R3. Somehow I've been making myself get out the front door every other day for the last 2 weeks and I really don't know how. My only explanation is that I've been taken over by aliens

You’re doing great, and changes are afoot, including the willingness to get up and do it. It’s only going to get better. Nail this run and onwards onto week 4.

Wow, W3R1 coming up for me. The thought of running for 3 mins is daunting, but it’s a head thing. Well done you for pushing through. Hopefully your aliens 👽 are the good ones that keep you going 👏👏🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

How're you getting on with W3? I've got W3R3 tomorrow. I've quite 'enjoyed' W3. But I really need to find a flatter route before W4 and have to run for 5 mins twice 🤤

Hi Lissy24, only just started W3R1 this morning. Unfortunately my app was playing up so l kinda did my own thing lol. Both my longer runs where up hill ( l could have cheated & walked them as app not working properly)know how you feel re hills but just think what you accomplished doing them. Good luck for W4 👍🏻

Hiya Amy... good luck with W4. Ive quite enjoyed W3. Last run of the Wk tomorrow. I need to find a flatter route near me before Wednesday for W4R1! I can't risk having to run uphill for 5 minutes. It'll kill me!!
