Well after completing week 2 last week I started week 3 today and what a step up! I'm now doing intervals of 90 secs running, 90 walking then 3mins running and 3 mins walking and it was tough but I done it without stopping even though I really wanted to ... I pushed through even though it felt like I was trying to run through custard by the end but I done it :-D I was apprehensive about going out in the rain because it was chucking it down but tbh I think that helped to keep me cool (er than I would have been in normal weather) so I'm pretty pleased :-D

Well done- it's amazing how quickly we can adapt.

I think you have to just embrace bad weather, otherwise we'd stay indoors all the time.

It really is :-) I've been using weather as an excuse for a few times but the rain did help today if I'm honest

Thanks :-) I've been like you where with rain because one of the first times I went running was in rain and hail and it was s freezing and as I was running I ran through a puddle and it tidal waved into my other shoe .... Not what you need when you just starting running but that was needed today I think :-)
