First run of week 3 this evening after work... can’t say I’m looking forward to jumping from 90 seconds to 3 mins running! 😩 It’s putting the fear in me and I still have about 9 hours till I do it!

I did my first run of week 3 this morning and I was really nervous, wasn’t even sure I’d be able to do it but I did. Just keep it slow and steady and you can do it after the first 3 minute run, you get 3 minutes of walking which really helped. Happy running!
I also just completed my first run of week 3, trust me you have nothing to worry about you will be fine!
If it’s any consolation I was the same and I am now on week 5 and did run 1 yesterday. I never ever thought I could get to running three blocks of five minutes but I have and so will you. Even when you feel you could walk quicker just keep plodding and you will do it. It’s a cliche but trust the programme as so far it’s working and your doing it so well done and keep doing! 😉👍🏻
It does seem daunting but you may find as you get into the run and find your pace that the longer runs are easier than the stopping and starting, I struggle when i stop running to even walk properly, like i have jelly legs haha, good luck, the weeks fly by, I did w6r1 this morning and I never ever thought I would get here, so keep it up
Thanks all! I did it and I lived to tell the tale! 😂 it almost felt easier as it was only 4 lots of running after 6 lots of running last week... what ever my brain does to get me through!
