Wasn't expecting running for 3 minutes straight! Towards the end my legs were feeling heavy, I was just getting used to 90 second runs!

Same here I have just did my first week 3 run, big step to 3 minutes. It was hard going but I did it. I had my husband as a pacer and managed to hit my fastest at 10.33/min 😅 never run in my life!

Fantastic!

Well done.
Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

Are you 'running' or jogging? Have a watch of this:

Nice one, well done!
I completed Wk3 run 2 with my 7 year old this morning. I've slowed it right down and I'm finding the breathing easier now. Definitely agree about the legs, I've really got to try harder to drink more water each day to help with that!
