two weeks ago i started this only to pull my calf muscle 10 min into first day.But today i started and i feel good.

Well done - glad everything's on the mend. I am on week 2 and my calf muscle was hurting on todays run. I am going to do some stretches before I set off next time as well as the 5 minute warm up - hopefully that will help. Hope you enjoy the rest of week one :)
