I’m back after an 9 week break due to op and have started at the beginning! I thought that as I got to week 5 before I would find week 1 easy but alas it was not! 🀣🀣🀣 still I loved it though it was lovely to be β€œrunning” again 😊😊😊

Thank you 😊

Well what a shame it wasn’t an easy peasy run for you. But at least now you know your benchmark and you have the benefit of having done this plan before so you know the wrinkles.

Brilliant too that you still love your running despite the enforced break.

Happy running

Well done!! Yes, W1 is a killer: I use it for my shorter runs and try to run very slowly on the 90 secs then speed up on the 60 secs and the first time I did it as a graduate, I thought how on earth did I manage to finish it (respecting the run-walk alternations) when I started the programme? It seemed so long! So, good job you managed to get back. Wish you a lot of enjoyable runs (even if tough, always rewarding ;-).

I've just completed the programme for the second time from scratch after a three month stay on the IC.

It's actually fun to do again☺ Much less worry, able to really focus on the physical rather than the Gremlins - very peaceful compared with all the 'can I do it?" Stress first time round ☺

Wishing you many happy miles in your future ☺
