Hi peeps hope everyone has kept safe and well in this strange time we are living in.After graduating on c25k last year reaching 10K I’ve started again. The first couple of 60 secs runs were a little hard but once I got a rhythm going i started to enjoy it😊I was wondering should I follow the app for the whole 9 weeks again or jump to the next week?Your valuable advice would be appreciated thank you 😊

You should follow the app, although if you are happy with your running you could run 3 times a week as before, for example if your runs are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday you could do week 1, run 1 on a Monday, run 1 of week 2 on a Wednesday and run 1 of week 3 on a Saturday and so on ONLY if you are satisfied with your running, as you are already a graduate that can be done, not of course by new runners.

Hi I’m in the same situation, started again today but I think I’m gonna go through the app again, the good news is I looked back at my first ever run and I was 10 minutes! Faster today.

Hi so we’re on the same journey 😊I think I will do the same get my fitness levels back up.Just compared my 2 runs and I’m about 8 mins faster so not far behind you😊

Do whatever feels right to your body? If it feels too easy on one run perhaps skip ahead a few days to a harder run etc?

Love the name😊Onwards and upwards we can smash this 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Week by week apparently lol x I am week 6 but it took me a lot longer than 6 weeks to get here! I’m hoping the next few weeks I stick to the plan exactly!
