Hi Elsie. I have just started W3 and did my first run this morning. When I started two weeks ago I thought 60 seconds was a very long time but have just managed to do the two three minute runs in my podcast today. I am 65 so I'm very pleased so far. My top tip is to buy a sports bra. I realised in week 2 that I needed one - I had to slow down without one (and believe me I wasn't going very fast anyway. I am also doing the whole thing on the treadmill, hoping to run outside next spring. Good luck with the rest of W1.
