I feel ok in myself and went out last night. I feel more tired than usual, other than having a scratchy throat etc I feel not too bad. Has anyone been out with a cold?

Yup. I had a really bad cold throughout the first 2 - 3 weeks but I ran anyway. I don't think it matters too much as long as it's not interfering with your breathing.

I'd say go for it, but be easy on yourself if you find things hard! If you are really struggling more than normal, then I'd recommend you still stayed out for the whole podcast, but did a bit more walking than Laura is telling you to do - then just repeat the same run next time. That way you still get the 30-40 minutes fresh air and exercise (which will help a cold anyway!). And if you can complete the run normally with a cold then you feel super proud of yourself!
