Well I'm now on week 5 run 3 and its run I've been giving thought to most. I walked 10 miles already today (helped in the local park run) I feel fine. So I'm thinking is today the day or do I procrastinate and go tomorrow. Well bods, whats do you reckon?

Give the calves a rest and get yourself mentally prepared to go tomorrow.
I feel fresh as a daisy so far guys, if I decide on going, I'm thinking around 2;30 ish.
I think you should go and do the run today if you don't feel tired and plus by tomorrow after all the walking you did today you may feel that sore tomorrow you will put it off (like I have done in the past)

Well if I go, it leaves me Monday & Tuesday ff, before I commence week 6. Im leaning towards going for it, assuming I make it that is.
Go! Stop faffing about... get out there . You never know if it may be raining tomorrow etc...
