after my last wobble, (one of many!) i did week 7 run 1 today and managed the 25 mins ok, hurrah! decided not to stress, ran quite slowly and drank plenty of water. had a big grin on my face as suggested and guess what, it was fine! thanks to all for their lovely comments, it felt really awful having to go back but was for the best, as I really don't want to give up, so onwards and upwards, run 2 here I come!

I can so relate to your wobble. I was doing just great and got to week 7 run 1 completed when I went away (fully intending to run while I'm away) and didn't and then felt ill and lost my confidence to run 25 mins without a break . I had found it really hard the 2 times I had done it. SO I went back to week 6 and did the 2 runs ok and now face the dreaded 25 mins tomorrow!
