Another run under my belt. Felt more comfortable during the 1st 12 minutes this time and then the last 5 minutes. Increased my speed for the last 2 minutes and taa daa... run finished.
Can't believe I've almost finished this programme, running 25 minutes non stop and being able to run multiple times around the playing field now. Happy days!
Great feeling . I too am a novice runner and the sense of achievement went through the roof when I completed my Week 7 run 3. Your doing great , just keep it up πππππππππ
Thank you. Oh I remember those days of wishing and now how great I feel being able to run round it now, not once but twice in the 25 minutes, in time to come even a few more laps.
I know donna itβs amazing we never thought so many weeks ago that we could run this keep it up your going great guns πIβve only got 2 runs left donβt know what to do when it finishes π
Wow you've almost finished. Awww congratulations, you're doing brilliantly aswell. I guess it's in the back of all our minds what we're going to do when we've finished. I for one intend to keep it up. And this forum won't get rid of me that easily.

Iβve found an app called 10K runner I havenβt downloaded it yet or looked at it properly cos Iβm not at the stage yet but it might be useful for people who are ready to move on
Well done Donna. Week 7 was my favourite- all down hill to graduation now!
