Right I may have disappeared from online for the past couple of weeks (no internet at home only in the office) but I have been trying to keep up to date with my running. I completed week 4 run 2 yesterday with only a 2 second pause in the second 5 minute run which was a LOT better than week 4 run 1.
I have been running outside all the time recently and can definitely say it is more fun, although more challenging running outside. I struggle to set routes which will finish at the right sort of distance and often end up walking for 10 minutes back home or walking round the block again until I get to the end of the podcast although hopefully this will get better over time.
I use the endomondo app to track my runs but unfortunately the park I run round does not have the best gps signal so it often misses large parts of my run. I have therefore gone online and logged my own runs manually on map my walk and it says I am covering approx 4.4 km during the podcast which I am very chuffed about!
Anyway should get back to the work.
